The Classmate was developed specifically for K-12 students. To give students and teachers ultimate flexibility, the Classmate functions as both a tablet and a laptop. Teachers find the full keyboard particularly helpful for students to take notes and create documents. Students are able to digitally hand in assignments to the teacher's laptop.
The Learning Series Software provided with the Classmates enables teachers to view every student's screen from the teacher laptop and send out activities to students. The Intel Classmate provides the power for a digital center or a 1:1 environment and delivers a cost-effective solution for campuses.
